Fuel analyses a company's website looking for its RSS feed in order to populate a profile with owned content. If Fuel does not show it, the companies website may not be optimized to how Fuel currently analyzes for it. But we can fix it together!
If the company's profile does not show any owned content but it should, please contact Fuel support so it can be investigated. When contacting, please include the following:
- A link to the company profile in question
- A link to their blog/content feed (if available)
Once received, Fuel support will research the issue and work to resolve it as best as possible so their content is listed within Fuel.
Note: In some cases, it may not be possible to add a companies content without a setting change to their website/blog/content feed.
